Church Attacks Surge in Northern India

Reports from multiple sources indicate a 40% increase in targeted violence against Christian communities in Uttar Pradesh and neighboring states over the past six months.

Rising Violence

According to local church leaders and human rights organizations, at least 32 churches have been vandalized, 15 prayer meetings disrupted, and 47 Christians physically assaulted since January.

The attacks appear to be coordinated and systematic, targeting both established congregations and house churches across rural and urban areas.
